Information and Document Request

If you are a foreign national who is either: Married to a foreign national who is working in the United States; or A child (under 21 years old) of a foreign national who is working in the United States and you are filing for a dependent nonimmigrant visa, please: Complete the "Dependent Spouse/Child Data Information Sheet" for each person applying for a visa; and Submit the documents requested in the "Dependent Spouse/Child Document Request" for each person applying for a visa to Thompson Immigration either by email or overnight mail.
